Our sales professional treated us as though we were life-long friends. Everyone we encountered in the sales room acknowledged us with a pleasant comment and many offered us a beverage. Upon returning the day following the sale, it was the same friendliness. The dealership facility was pristine inside the building as well as in the surrounding lots. Our mother was in the ER at Winter Haven Hospital. When my brother went to his car to leave, my car had all of the outside lights on. He called my cell phone, and before I got to the parking lot they had gone off, all of the dash lights came on, and then off. The car would not start. The next morning, I called my service tech, Cindy, and she assured me that "she would take care of the car, I should just take care of my mother". I dropped the FOB off, and by 5 o'clock I had been picked up at my home and taken to get my repaired car. I could not ask for better, more courteous service.

I brought my vehicle to the dealership at 8:a.m. and was promptly greeted my Cindy the service manager. The vehicle was to be serviced for an oil change, four new tires and fuel injector cleaning. The service time would take about five hours and I was provided a vehicle to use for that morning. When I returned to the dealership, my vehicle was washed and ready to roll. Cindy gave me a print out of the work performed on my vehicle and thank me for having me vehicle serviced at Huston Cadillac. Paid my bill and went home. Most excellent service. Thank you

I contacted Brian Cox and told him we were thinking of upgrading our vehicle. He advised that they had an excellent sales staff and service department. We had purchased a Buick Regal from this location some years ago and decided to talk to Bucky again on this vehicle. We came in on Saturday afternoon about 12:30 and test drove three vehicles. Bucky offered us the opportunity to drive as many vehicles as we wanted and he took the time to answer all of our questions. We were leaving the very next day for North Carolina for a week vacation with friends. I said to Bucky that we would come in when we got back and finalize the deal. He asked if we didn't want to drive the new vehicle on our trip. Bucky worked out the deal the same day finalizing the contract and got us into our new Cadillac SRX in that same afternoon. Bucky stayed after their dealership was closed and made sure all of our questions were answered on operation of the vehicle. If the service department is only half as helpful as the sales department, then they will have a very satisfied customer.

This is the third vehicle that I have purchased thru Fields Huston in Lake Wales. Again, Fields Huston sets the bar for other auto dealers to strive to achieve. Brought the Terrain in, unannounced at 7:30am, for an oil change and tire rotation. Had to have the work completed by 10am so I could get to work at Disney. Service Tech found a nail in the tire...repaired it... re-aligned the front end, and chanced the oil, not to mention washing/vacuuming the car... all before 10am. I marvel at the consistency of your high level of service...from the phone receptionist to your lot personnel. Without a question. one of the top dealerships that I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of owning an automobile. An absolute pleasure dealing with Fields-Huston.

Our 2011 Cadillac overheated on THursday and the bells came on and the message told us to idele the engine. We did. The next morning we were out for errands and it happened again. So we thought that we had better head to Fields Cadillac for HELP. It is Friday and almost noon. Brian(service rep) was kind, checked us in as we were still in the computer from years before.(We always had our cars serviced at Fields when were wintered in Florida) Brian said for us to go have lunch and come back and hopefully he would have the news of what the problem might be. We did and knew when we sw him that it wasn't going to be simple. Needed a holding take for the radiator. The part might be in Saturday.He put us in a 2013 SRX for the weekend.Just fill it back to half when we brought it back.We would call on Saturday. The part arrived Saturday noon. So we had the SRX for the weekend. Monday Brian called and the car was ready. We would be down shortly. We arrived, the part was under warrenty and the card was washed and dried and ready to go. How special is this. Our whole experience was excellent,from the first momemt. Thank-you so much.
